Jenny Ashby was appointed by the Victorian Multicultural Commission to carry out an extensive review of all 79 Victorian local governments’ response to cultural diversity. The review, completed in 2003 led to a report titled Access Services Support Respect – Local Governments Response to Cultural Diversity in Victoria was launched in October 2003.
