Anna Moo

Anna Moo has 25 years experience in health, local and state governments, the ethnic and community sectors. Anna has an extensive background in aged and disability services, women's health, domestic violence, multicultural services including language services, consumer advocacy, social support and housing programs. In consulting, Anna draws from her experience in and knowledge of organisational cultures, strategic and business planning, service delivery and resources management.

Anna is highly regarded for her policy development and planning skills and her capacity to gain collaboration from diverse stakeholders to achieve key policy outcomes. She has a significant experience in project management including project scoping, data gathering and analysis, development of strategic project models and action plans.

Anna is committed to consumer consultation and feedback and has adopted a consultation methodology that enables effective engagement of key stakeholders. Anna has a Bachelor of Social Work from Monash University. She has completed an international exchange program at Mt Sinai Medical Centre, New York and has attended a Negotiation and Mediation course at Latrobe University, Faculty of Law and Management. Anna speaks fluent Italian.
